Routing

I get asked quite a bit to do modifications to instruments that require routing. Whether it’s pickups, tremolos or bridges, neck reinforcement, or even that new bolt-on neck that just doesn’t quite fit, we can handle many requests that involve precision routing!

Keep in mind there are a lot of different routes, lots of different ways to do them, and huge variances in the quality of work out there. There’s no going back with routing work, and we want absolute precision when doing this. Often the job will require specific templates or jigs to be custom-made to get the cut exactly where it needs to be and yes, we do that ;)

Every job is different, so if you’re looking to have something modified in this way you’ll likely need to bring the job into the workshop for us to inspect it, but you can email me with the specifics if you’d like a rough estimate as well.
