Refund Policy

Appointments booked with Stairway to Kevin are £30 per instrument/booking. This is to come in and discuss something one-on-one in person. Online Consultations are £15. (Collections and follow-up appointments are still, of course, free.)

The £30 is for your appointment and is included with any work subsequently booked with me, so you're not having to pay any hidden extras. For example, if at your appointment we book in your instrument for work that was to total £60 (plus the VAT & to be completed at a later date), then you will only pay £42 when collecting since the £30 from the appointment will be applied & deducted from the final amount.

You can always cancel or move your appointment with the link in the confirmation email, up until 48 hours before the time booked. After that, you can still cancel your appointment by emailing me directly, but the £30 for the appointment will be non-refundable.

Processing times for refunds to appear in your account can be anywhere from 2-8 days, and this time is set by Stripe’s payment terms & your own bank’s processing times. I wish it were faster, but I have no control over this; my apologies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/payment service/credit card company; it may have already arrived, but take some time before your refund is visible in your account. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is available. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kevin@stairwaytokevin.com.

Gift cards or Shop Vouchers are not refundable or able to exchange for cash value.
